On a personal note I loved last weeks 2 day in a row training and I plan on starting it again on Sunday. I am going to try it for 2 weeks this time and see how it goes.

Hey Guys
Posted in Uncategorized on December 7, 2007 by ecbarbellcrewHey guys I hope you are enjoying the new site. I know it is not up and fully running yet. We hope to have this done by the first of next week. As for my training, I am going to finish out this week’s training like normal and then sit down this weekend and figure out what I want to do next. I have a couple ideas in my head; I just need to write them down and figure it out. This should all be done by Tuesday (Monday is a scheduled rest day so that’s when I will most like finish it). Keep checking the training logs. The main page of this site will be used to answer questions and just general communication of our overall training programs. Please continue to look around. I hope you enjoy the new site.
