Neanderthal Fitness: Lift heavy, run far, be able to move your body and its own weight. Eat only what you need to have energy and get strong. Preferable foods that come from the land (lean meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains). Stay away from sugars and anything processed. Train your body and its movements, not its muscles. Teach your body to work as a whole unit by using dead-lifts, squats, Olympic lifts, and your own body weight: pushups, pull-ups/chin-ups, dips and lunges. Climb ropes and walls, and run hills and trails. Rely on yourself to get you where you need to go. Rest, stretch and work hard. Never let others tell you what you can and cannot do. Stay faithful, work hard, eat right, rest and it will come. Don’t be afraid to try something new.
